hCG Diet Green Dream Noodles

So the other day, I saw one of Jamie Oliver’s show called “Food Revolution” and in that show, he touched on the topic that most of the people nowadays resort to fastfood in order to get nourishment.

The idea might be good but eating a lot of fastfood meals is a surefire way to become unhealthy. That is because most fastfoods chains offer an insane amount of unhealthy calories, oil, and fat.

And then, he goes on to share some amazing recipes that are easy to do so that no one will have an excuse not to be able to do them.

So today, I want to share with you a recipe that was inspired by one of Jamie Oliver’s dishes. The hCG Diet Green Dream Noodles is a good dish to eat on phase 3 of the hCG diet where you have to gradually increase your calorie intake.

That is because the hCG Diet Green Dream Noodles contains 350 calories. I know that might deter some of you from trying this dish out but I assure you, these calories are “quality” calories and you get not only protein but also a plethora of nutrition thanks to the vegetables used in this dish.

So, without further delay, here are all the ingredients that you will need for the hCG Diet Green Dream Noodles:

  • 1 small handful of sugar snaps

  • 1 handful of button mushrooms

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2cm piece of ginger

  • 1 sachet of miso paste

  • 1 small handful of broccoli

  • 1 large handful of baby spinach

  • 100g rice noodles

  • a few sprigs of fresh coriander


  1. Get the button mushrooms and sugar snaps and cut them and half.

  2. Next, peel the garlic and finely slice them. And finally, get the ginger and grate them finely.

  3. Get a saucepan and dilute the miso according to its packet instructions.

  4. Once the miso is diluted, bring it to a simmer and then add the broccoli along with the mushrooms and sugar snaps. Cook the broccoli until they are softened.

  5. Then, add the garlic, ginger, Spinach, and the noodles and cook them until the noodles get soft. After the noodles are soft, you can then sprinkle over the coriander leaves.

  6. Cook for an additional minute and put it in a bowl. Serve and Enjoy!
